This building used to be owned by the Carrier Corporation. We hungout here for a couple years. Remember Greendales Auto repairs behind it, and Herb & Lloyds Gulf station across the street? Lake Ave now goes all the way through past Cary Gradante's old house!

Of course this is the Orchard Inn team shirt. Pretty cool huh? At this point in time, I could'nt fit my right leg into this thing, let alone my whole upper body. But you just can't throw something like this away......EVER!!! |

Here we have West Shore Little League. At one time or another most of us either cried, laughed, got hit with something, kissed someone, held hands with someone, spilled grape soda and mustard on ourselves, and one of us might even have gotten himself tossed out of a game while managing, walked out past the right field fence, climbed a tree, and started yelling at the umpires! Hey....anything was possible here! |

The ASA softball field in Travis. A lot of magic happened on this field man! I remember driving to the field down South Ave with Michael Baroz while Black Sabbath was roaring from the stereo, avoiding old furniture, tires, and of course huge potholes, trying to get to the games. The competition of those games was just unbelievable! From collisions at home plate to near fist fights. This team was relentless! In fact, if you look close enough, you can pratically see, and hear, 18 guys ranting and raving trying their best to throw the other team off their game. Man, i miss that lunacy! Well..... then again.... no I don't!! |

This is the calm before the storm! This photo was taken in London. Michael Mondello & Alan Gallo flew there to see the WHO perform Quadrophenia for the first time. This is the stage just hours before the show. Pretty cool huh? Can you see the real me...can ya can ya!! |

When ever I see those initials, BVN. I always know that i'm standing in the Quarry! How cool was this place? The first photo was taken closer towards Forest Ave. The second one is a shot of whats left from the main portion of the quarry. Back where the trees are and to the right used to be about a 6 or 7 foot ledge. If you look between the trees you can spot a house. Can you believe that there is a road and homes between the Quarry and the cemetery now? Man, this place used to seem so big when we were younger didn't it?

Yet another hangout from years gone by! P.S. 22! Many of us attended this place while growing up. We also played softball, and of course stickball here! Unfortunately those days are over. As you can see in the last two before and after photos. A Garden now resides where we used to throw balls and strikes. That's Billy McDermott and Nicky Sanservero playing stickball. |
